Introduction

Dr. Hina Munir is an Assistant Professor at FAST School of Management, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, CFD campus, Faisalabad, Pakistan. She earned her doctoral degree in Management Sciences and Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xián, China. Her areas of interest mainly focus on innovation management, entrepreneurial management, academic entrepreneurship, university ecosystems, personality, cognition, industry-university linkage, and gendered entrepreneurship. She has authored/coauthored several papers in top-tier journals. She has won outstanding paper and outstanding reviewer awards from Emerald Literati awards 2020.
