Introduction

Aatqa Nadeem Warraich is a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering with a research focus at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Electrical Power Systems. Her research interests include climate-aware electricity demand forecasting, intelligent power system planning, smart grids, renewable energy integration, and data-driven energy management. Her recent research focuses on developing advanced hybrid machine learning frameworks that combine temporal deep learning with nonlinear machine learning to improve electricity demand forecasting under changing climate conditions. She is particularly interested in applying AI-driven approaches to address emerging challenges in sustainable, resilient, and intelligent power systems.

Publications

My research involves interdisciplinary collaboration across Electrical Power Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and sustainable energy systems. My academic research has involved engagement with researchers and academic professionals working in power system planning, smart grids, renewable energy, electricity demand forecasting, and data-driven energy systems. I am also interested in developing international research collaborations focused on AI-enabled power systems, climate resilience, smart grids, and sustainable energy transitions
