Dr. Muhammad Rafiq is an Associate Professor at the FAST School of Management, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, CFD campus. He served as Head of the Case Centre, where he supervised the publication of over 100 case studies focusing on local contexts. He also has several case study publications in renowned International Journals.
Dr. Rafiq holds a PhD in Business Management from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), Beijing, China, and a master’s degree from the University of Cumbria, England.
He has published over 35 research papers in high-impact journals, indexed in Web of Science (SCI, SSCI, ESCI) and Scopus, including those ranked in ABDC and ABS.
Dr. Saif Maqbool
Assistant Professor of Management | FAST-NUCES, Lahore
Dr. Saif Maqbool is an accomplished academic with over eight years of experience in case-based teaching at FAST-NUCES, one of Pakistan’s leading universities. He holds a PhD in Managerial and Actuarial Sciences from Italy and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Dr. Saif has extensive expertise in case-based pedagogy, having taught courses such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship. His approach emphasizes bridging theory with real-world applications through structured case analysis. As former Head of the FAST School of Management, he led curriculum reforms that prioritized active learning methodologies, including case studies, to meet accreditation standards.
