Introduction

Ms. Anoosha Rehan earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Forman Christian College University (FCCU) in 2023, graduating with Cum Laude (Honors). She began her academic career as a visiting lecturer at FAST-NUCES CFD Campus, where she taught for a year before taking on her current role as a lecturer and counselor.
Ms. Anoosha’s primary areas of interest lie in counseling psychology, psychotherapy, and therapeutic techniques. During her Master’s program, she developed an indigenous assessment tool, the “Perceived Parenting Styles Scale for Young Adults,” showcasing her commitment to advancing psychological research and practice. She has also gained hands-on experience in various mental health settings, including substance abuse and rehabilitation centers, further enhancing her expertise.
Ms. Anoosha is passionate about continuing her journey of learning, teaching, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of her students and those she works with.
