Introduction

Dr Misbah Hayat Bhatti received Human Resource Management degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2020 and MS degree from university of agriculture Faisalabad in 2015. She is a distinguished scholar and expert in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM), with a strong focus on developing innovative strategies for optimizing organizational performance and employee knowledge sharing. With a wealth of academic experience, Dr. Misbah brings a unique blend of research and teaching to the realm of HRM. Her work explores critical HR issues employee engagement, leadership development, knowledge management and organizational behavior, making her a valuable contributor to both academic circles and industry practices. As a passionate educator, Dr. Misbah is dedicated to shaping the next generation of HR professionals through her dynamic teaching methods and insightful research. She published numerous papers in SSCI and SCI journals. She is the reviewers of various academics’ journals such as Baltic journal of management, Journal of Management Development, Personnel review, Frontier of psychology VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems and journal of retailing and consumer services.
