Mr. Riyan Athar is an Instructor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (BSSE)  from FAST-NUCES. Moreover, he is conducting research on Cyber Resilience in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV).

His research interests lie at the intersection of Cyber Security, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, with a particular focus on cyber-resilient systems.

Research Interests:

Large Language Models (LLMs): Fine-tuning, domain adaptation, and applications in intelligent decision-making systems.

Machine Learning (ML): Development of efficient algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning, model interpretability, and applications in real-world data-driven decision- making.

Internet of Things (IoT) and Internet of Vehicles (IoV’s): Cybersecurity, Cyber Resilient architectures for connected systems and Next-Gen cyber-attacks
