Introduction

Dr. Shahzad received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Intelligent Mechatronics Engineering, Sejong University, Seoul, South Korea in 2024 and his MS degree in Computer Engineering from Hongik University, Sejong, South Korea, in 2020. He served as a Research Assistant with the High Performance Computing (HPC) lab, Hongik University and with the Mobile INtelligent Embedded System (MINES) Laboratory, Sejong University from 2018 to 2024. His research interests include network coding, software-defined networks, congestion control algorithms, machine learning applications in networking, and P4 programming.
