Introduction
With over 17 years of experience in higher education, I am currently serving as Manager IQAE at FAST-NUCES Chiniot-Faisalabad Campus. I hold an MS in Management Sciences and am presently pursuing a PhD. My expertise lies in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI, along with a strong focus on AI-driven automation for administrative and QEC workflows, including dashboard reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. Over the years, I have delivered several hands-on workshops on office productivity tools and quality assurance frameworks and best practices. I am deeply passionate about academic excellence, digital transformation, and professional development, consistently striving to create impactful contributions in the field of higher education.
