With over 19 years of experience in higher education, he currently serves as Manager IQAE at FAST-NUCES Chiniot-Faisalabad Campus. He holds an MS in Management Sciences and is pursuing a PhD, with professional expertise in quality assurance, accreditation, institutional evaluation, data analytics, and digital transformation. His work focuses on strengthening academic and administrative processes through evidence-based practices, technology, and continuous quality improvement.

He has organized and coordinated various HEC and external evaluation visits, including IPE, RIPE, GPR, PREE, and HEC Accreditation Team visits for the Campus NOC, ensuring institutional preparedness, documentation, evidence management, and coordination with visiting evaluation teams. He has also participated as an evaluator in academic and institutional review visits at other higher education institutions, gaining broader exposure to quality assurance practices and institutional evaluation.

His technical expertise includes Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven automation for administrative and QEC workflows, including dashboard development, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. He has also conducted hands-on workshops on office productivity tools, quality assurance frameworks, and best practices. He is passionate about academic excellence, continuous quality enhancement, digital transformation, and professional development, with a strong interest in leveraging technology and data to improve institutional effectiveness.
